WHO IS FLASH REWARDS ?
Flash Rewards offers exclusive subscription-based giveaways as well as one-time purchase giveaways.
When you enter our giveaways, you also receive discounted access to our Online Store, featuring a wide range of products.
Every entry gives you the chance to win while enjoying added value beyond the draw itself.
HOW DOES FLASH REWARDS SUPPORT CHARITIES ?
Flash Rewards donates a minimum of 10% of each prize pool to a registered Australian charity.
The exact donation amount is clearly displayed within each promotion.
During checkout, purchasers can select their preferred charity from our supported charity list.
The winner’s chosen charity will receive the full donation for that draw.
If you would like to request a charity be added to our list, please email info@flashrewards.com.au.
All charity requests are reviewed and approved at the discretion of Flash Rewards.
WHAT DIFFERENTIATES FLASH REWARDS FROM OTHER COMPANIES ?
Flash Rewards operates with limited prize pools on every giveaway, meaning your odds of winning are clearly defined and genuinely improved.
When we say 1 in 1,000 chance of winning, we mean exactly that—1,000 tickets total, with every ticket counted once.
Many other companies advertise limited entries while offering multiple bonus entries per purchase, which dramatically inflates the real odds.
Example:
A company may advertise a prize pool of 3,000 entries, but if each entrant receives 10 bonus entries, the actual number of tickets becomes 33,000—making your true odds 1 in 33,000, NOT 1 in 3,000.
Flash Rewards is fully transparent about the exact number of tickets available in every draw.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER ?
To enter our subscription-based or one-time giveaways, you must:
– Be 18 years or older
– Reside in Australia
Depending on the prize value, some giveaways may exclude certain states.
Any exclusions will be clearly outlined in the Terms & Conditions of each giveaway.
If a giveaway excludes certain states, those states will not be selectable during checkout.
If you are temporarily outside Australia but have a valid Australian address, you may still enter—provided your state is listed and selectable at checkout.
HOW LONG DO GIVEAWAYS RUN ?
Each giveaway clearly states:
– The closing time frame (either a specific date or when capacity is reached)
– The draw time frame (either after the closing date or once capacity is reached)

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ?
- All major credit cards are accepted and processed securely via the Stripe payment gateway
- PayPal payments are also accepted and processed directly through PayPal
HOW WILL I KNOW I’M IN THE DRAW ?
Once payment is completed, you will receive:
- A payment confirmation email
- A welcome email containing your draw name, draw number, and ticket entry number(s)
- Details of your discount expiry date for use in our online store
Please check your junk or spam folder, as emails may occasionally be filtered.
You can also view your entries anytime by logging into your account and accessing:

ARE THE DRAWS FAIR AND LEGITIMATE ?
Yes. All Flash Rewards draws are conducted using RandomDraws.com.au, a government-certified and compliant system approved for use across all Australian states. This ensures all winners are selected completely at random.
HOW ARE THE WINNERS NOTIFIED ?
Winners are notified via telephone and email within 48 hours of the draw.

CAN I CANCEL AND RECEIVE A REFUND ?
Subscriptions
– No lock-in contracts
– You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Account tab on our website.
– Active entries cannot be cancelled; only future entries are affected after cancellation
One-time giveaway purchases
– Can be cancelled and refunded up to 72 hours before the draw date and/or before 90% capacity is reached, whichever occurs first
– Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days
