Introduction

1.1 These Subscription Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Flash Rewards VIP Club monthly subscription and prize draws.

1.2 VIP prize is available to purchase on either a subscription or one-time payment.

1.3 By subscribing to and participating in any monthly subscription draw, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms & Conditions, the General Terms & Conditions, and any specific Promotion Terms & Conditions applicable to each draw.

1.4 All decisions made by the Promoter in relation to any aspect of a promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

2. Eligibility

To become a member of the Flash Rewards VIP Club, or purchase a one-time package you must:

Be at least 18 years of age;
Be a resident of Australia; and
Agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Membership Package – Monthly Subscription

Subscription Tiers: BRONZE $10.00 – 1 Entry pm / SILVER $30 – 4 Entries pm / GOLD $59 pm – 9 Entries – billing cycle monthly.
Access to monthly VIP prize draw with prizes valued at $3,000.
Receive a 10% discount on products purchased from the Flash Rewards online store during your active membership.
Entry into draws with strictly limited prize pools, providing improved and clearly defined odds of winning.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4. One-Time Purchase

One-Time Purchase Tiers: EMERALD $10.00 – 1 Entry / SAPPHIRE $30 – 4 Entries / RUBY $60 – 9 Entries
Access to monthly VIP prize draw with prizes valued at $3,000.
Receive a 10% discount on products purchased from the Flash Rewards online store during your active membership.
Entry into draws with strictly limited prize pools, providing improved and clearly defined odds of winning.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

5. Draws & Winners

5.1 Prize draws will be conducted using a government-approved random draw system via www.randomdraws.com.au, ensuring winners are selected at random.

5.2 Winners will be notified by telephone and email within 48 hours of the draw.

5.3 The Promoter will publish the name & photo of the winners on this website & its social media pages and ensure that all prizes are awarded as advertised.

5.4 By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional Promotion Terms & Conditions applicable to each draw.

6. Personal Information

6.1 Personal information is collected by the Promoter for the purpose of:

Conducting and promoting the promotion;
Administering your subscription;
Providing marketing communications, updates, and promotional offers via email and SMS.

7. SMS & Email Marketing Consent

7.1 By providing your mobile number and email address, you consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications from Flash Rewards via SMS and email.

Using the opt-out / unsubscribe option provided in SMS and email communications; or
Contacting us directly.

8. Payment

8.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend pricing, products, availability, policies, and terms at any time.

8.3 Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card and PayPal.

8.4 Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways including Stripe and PayPal.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings on the website.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period, except as required by law.
Entries received during the active subscription period remain valid for the relevant draw.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in a promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10.2 The Promoter and its partners, agents, suppliers, and associated companies are not responsible for:

Incorrect, incomplete, or ineligible entries;
Failure to claim a prize;
Delays, damage, or issues relating to prize delivery;
Technical errors, interruptions, tampering, or unauthorised interference.

10.3 If a promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion, subject to regulatory approval where required.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12.2 Any disputes arising in connection with a promotion or subscription are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
